I’ll have one painting in “Fauna” at Artwhirl Gallery in Long Beach, New York. The show will take place from November 9th to November 30th.
I’m thrilled to have two of my paintings on the climate crisis, “Homeland Security” and “Raising the Fuel Economy Standards” included in the 2019 FL3TCH3R Exhibit: Social and Politically Engaged Art at the Reece Museum at East Tennessee State University. This annual exhibit was created as an “unapologetic forum for social and political expression through the visual arts”, and this year’s exhibit was curated by internationally acclaimed political artist Sue Coe.
Fragile Blue Marble – Ten of my environmental activist paintings will be in this group exhibit at Artik in San Jose, CA. Opening is Thursday, September 19, 2019.
Full Moon Art Show – I’ll have one new painting in this group show of moon-inspired art at La Bodega Gallery in San Diego. Opening is September 14, 2019.
AART and Human/Nature – Four of my large environmental activist paintings are included in this group show at the Resource Center for Nonviolence in Santa Cruz. The show runs from Friday, July 26 – Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019 with an opening on July 26. There will be multiple events on art and social change as part of this show – check out the website for more info.
Mother’s Little Helper – I have one new painting in this online show through Cactus Gallery, starting July 20.
I’m the featured artist in Magic Oceans, Sacred Rivers through Cactus Gallery. This exhibit will showcase art that celebrates the deep connection that humans have to our oceans and rivers and their creatures, as well as art that is dedicated to healing our oceans and rivers from years of neglect and abuse, and the emotions that oceans and rivers inspire in us. I have also donated a painting from my “Cats on Catnip” series, as well as a matted, framed print of one of my catnip paintings to Kitty Bungalow’s School for Wayward Cats for their Art Show Fundraiser – November 2 – 4 in Los Angeles.

My painting “Lakshmi” is in “Crazy Cat Ladies: Celebrating Kitties and Their Champions” at The Animal Museum, Los Angeles, CA, opening October 1, 2016. This will be the grand re-opening of this museum in the downtown L.A. arts district, and I’m thrilled to be part of it!
Two of my animal rights paintings are included in ANIMUS: Vegan Artists Exhibition at Kabaret at Karamel in London, England. A private viewing will be held on Friday, July 29 and the show runs through September 9. ANIMUS is an international group show exploring human treatment of other animals, as well as the vegan identity and what it means to see with ‘our’ eyes. The aim is to support animals hidden from the public gaze to be seen. Animals will feature in all works, and provide the overarching theme.
One of my “Extinction Saints” paintings was juried into “Slice” at the Pence Gallery in Davis, CA. The juror was Bay Area art critic and curator Dewitt Cheng.
I have 1 new painting in “Symphony of Wings” at Cactus Gallery, opening June 11.
I have 4 new paintings included in “Beastly Beings”, a group show of animal art at Cactus Gallery. The show opens on May 14, and runs through June 4.

I have several paintings in the Compassion for Animals art show, at the Pend Oreille Arts Council Gallery, Sandpoint, Idaho. Show runs from September 18th – October 16th.
Four of my farmed animal liberation paintings will be in “Animal Lovers, Animal Rights” at Chicago Urban Art Retreat Center from July 1st – July 31st.
My painting “One Every 15 Minutes” about the elephant poaching crisis in Africa, will be in “12” a group exhibit of Northern California Women’s Caucus for Art members, at Warehouse 416 in Oakland. The opening will be Friday night, July 3rd, and the show runs through Saturday, July 25th.
I’m doing a print fundraiser for my friends at PreetiRang Sanctuary who have a year old calf, Norman, who was born with three legs and needs a prosthetic leg. For a $50 donation, you can get a print of either “Free From Suffering” or “Ahimsa”. Here is the donation webpage.

My painting “The Eagle and the Mouse” is in “Art Biologic” a group show of art inspired by nature and science, at Limner Gallery in Hudson, NY, opening May 15th and running through June 17th, 2014. The painting was a show award winner and is featured in Direct Art Magazine, Volume 21.
